• Learning profile data (assessment responses, learning preferences, accommodations)
• Study materials you upload (PDFs, text, links)
• Usage data (study sessions, quiz performance, tutor interactions)

How We Use Your Information

• Personalize study materials and practice to your learning profile
• Provide AI tutoring grounded in your uploaded content
• Track mastery and generate study recommendations
• Improve our services through anonymized analytics

AI and Third-Party Services

We use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to process your study materials and generate personalized content. Your materials are sent to these providers only to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Children's Privacy

Adapted Study is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can export or permanently delete your data from Profile → Account & Data while signed in. You may also contact [email protected]. We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Deleting your account removes your personal information and study content from our systems; when billing is enabled, it also ends any active subscription without a refund.
